Low carb lemon cookies

Here's another recipe I tried. It reminded me of an Italian cookie ricciarelli by Sylvia Colloca. This, however, have more ingredients than ricciarelli. I hope the extra ingredients will give it extra flavour. I didn't fully follow the recipe because I was a little bit lazy and it was easier just to plonk a white choc melt on top of a hot cookie and back inside the oven to use the remaining heat. 

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ‹Keto Lemon Cookies๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ‹
1 1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup powdered sweetener
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon lemon zest

Recommended glaze recipe (which I didn't use) 
SUGAR-FREE CHEESECAKE LEMON FROSTING
6 tbsp cream cheese softened
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp powdered sweetener
1 tbsp lemon zest
SUGAR-FREE LEMON GLAZE
¼ cup powdered sweetener
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method:
1. Preheat oven 180degees
2. Mix all dry ingredients well and add all wet ingredients. 
3. Shape into desired shape and bake for 15 mins. 
4. When it's done I added white choc melts on top of each cookie and put the cookies back in the warm oven to melt the chocolate
